Is Europe open and is it safe to travel? I am currently cruising the Rhine and having a blast! My first river cruise and couldn’t be more delighted. Note, you must be fully vaccinated and continue following COVID protocols. Not all countries are as good at practicing social distancing, but you can be. I feel very comfortable.
